About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take end-to-end functional ownership of customer projects in the aviation industry
Elicit requirements directly from customers and translate them into clear specifications
Provide functional leadership to the project team across all project phases
Own project scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Communicate transparently with customers and stakeholders
Facilitate customer meetings and workshops in German and English
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and support implementation through go-live

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years' professional experience as a Product Owner, Solution Manager, Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing role within IT/software projects
Experience in requirements management, writing specifications, and project management
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and draw.io
Solid technical understanding of APIs and data models
Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows is a plus
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
