• Take end-to-end functional ownership of customer projects in the aviation industry
• Elicit requirements directly from customers and translate them into clear specifications
• Provide functional leadership to the project team across all project phases
• Own project scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Communicate transparently with customers and stakeholders
• Facilitate customer meetings and workshops in German and English
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and support implementation through go-live
