About the role

  • Help protect our environment by driving down pollution risk across our Water Recycling Centres (WRCs) and Pumping Stations (PSs)
  • Deliver proactive site audits, ensuring compliance, and identifying improvements to prevent pollution events
  • Work closely with local Operations teams, offering specialist support
  • Share best practice and help embed consistent standards across the region

Requirements

  • Understanding of Water Recycling processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple operational areas
  • IT literate (Excel, Word, Office 365) and experience using systems such as IRIS and SAP would be advantageous
  • Commitment to environmental protection and continuous improvement
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to interpret and present technical data clearly to different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, including data handling and spreadsheet proficiency (functions, formulas, linking, sorting)
  • Full UK driving licence
