About the role
- Lead assessments of underperforming sites and identify root causes
- Carry out electrical, instrumentation and asset control repairs or modifications
- Develop and implement asset-focused solutions to improve flow metrics
- Collaborate with Flow Engineers and site teams to ensure long-term impact
- Build business cases for asset enhancements
- Work with Asset Delivery to align improvements with strategic goals
- Ensure effective handover and integration of solutions into operations
- Ensure all interventions meet regulatory and internal standards
- Promote best practices and contribute to lessons learned across Water Recycling
- Support training and development of operational teams
- Use telemetry, SCADA, and performance data to guide interventions
- Collaborate with data teams to monitor and report on improvement outcomes
Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical qualification
- Must have completed electrical apprenticeship
- Experience of industrial electrical panel and control work
- Technical knowledge of pumping, treatment, and telemetry systems (Would be advantageous)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (EA, OFWAT) (Would be advantageous)
- UK Driving Licence
