About the role

  • Working closely with Anglian Water Operational teams and the SPA and @One Design & Delivery teams to assess, plan and agree works that interfaces to existing Anglian Water assets.
  • Acting as the SPA representative to lead the production and sign-off of Impact Plans, to Anglian Water procedures and SPA delivery requirements, to demonstrate works can be undertaken whilst sufficiently mitigating risks to the operation of the existing system and managing risk reduction to prevent impacting customers and the environment.
  • They would ensure that the details of the plans are communicated with the wider teams, and verify that mitigation plans are in place to facilitate completion.
  • Oversee critical on-site Impact Plan activities as identified.
  • Collaborating with the Design and Delivery teams to ensure assets are designed for safe operation and maintenance, integrate seamlessly with existing operational assets, and are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption to operations and customers.

Requirements

  • Reporting into the Strategic Supply Integration team; working with Operators, Operational Teams, Modellers, Designers, Planners, Supply Chain and Delivery Teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative and approachable with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Be responsible for leading the development and approval of Impact Plans for SPA interfaces with existing AW assets, ability of covering all operational areas of the Anglian region.
  • Operational experience to assist the Delivery teams in development of design and constructability of assets while ensuring the AW operational teams are included in this development to interface with existing and new assets.
  • Ensure learning and best practice is incorporated into plans.
  • Ensuring that Health & Safety, Environment and Customers are at the forefront of the work that is being undertaken.
