About the role
- Develop modern, high-performance UI components for web applications.
- Make frontend architecture and technology decisions.
- Integrate frontend solutions into the overall software architecture.
- Build practical AI strategies for the frontend.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure quality, and establish best practices.
- Transfer knowledge through workshops, training, and mentoring.
- Support the continued development of the team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in modern JavaScript/UI development.
- Solid knowledge of UI frameworks, responsive design, and web standards.
- Experience with build tools, package management (npm), and CI/CD.
- Basic to advanced full-stack understanding (backend, APIs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization (Docker).
- Team-oriented, communicative, and eager to learn.
- Enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and mentoring.
- Holistic architectural thinking and self-initiative.
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1).
