About the role

  • Develop modern, high-performance UI components for web applications.
  • Make frontend architecture and technology decisions.
  • Integrate frontend solutions into the overall software architecture.
  • Build practical AI strategies for the frontend.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure quality, and establish best practices.
  • Transfer knowledge through workshops, training, and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in modern JavaScript/UI development.
  • Solid knowledge of UI frameworks, responsive design, and web standards.
  • Experience with build tools, package management (npm), and CI/CD.
  • Basic to advanced full-stack understanding (backend, APIs).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization (Docker).
  • Team-oriented, communicative, and eager to learn.
  • Enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and mentoring.
  • Holistic architectural thinking and self-initiative.
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1).
