About the role

  • You lead, develop, and coach the Account and Key Account team, ensuring our customers receive excellent support and that our SaaS and AI products remain successful in the market over the long term.
  • As the primary point of contact for our top customers and their C-level executives, you align activities with their long-term strategic goals and thereby strengthen sustainable partnerships.
  • Drawing on your own sales experience, you identify growth opportunities, manage contract renewals, and conduct negotiations at the C-level.
  • You develop account strategies and forecasts that unlock revenue potential and strengthen our market position.
  • You introduce new ideas for the structural development of the account management area and ensure scalable processes.

Requirements

  • A completed degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on law / as a business law graduate, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of leadership experience in Account Management or Key Account Management within complex SaaS and AI environments.
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at C-level.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations on large-scale projects, including in-depth knowledge of standard terms and conditions, SaaS contracts, etc.
  • A data-driven, strategic mindset to effectively analyze customer insights, usage metrics, and market trends.
  • Strong international orientation and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Business-fluent German and English (at least C1) in spoken and written form.
  • Nice to have: extensive sales experience with international enterprise customers and experience in the aviation industry.
