About the role

  • As the primary point of contact for our top customers, you build long-term relationships and demonstrate the real value our SaaS solutions deliver.
  • You identify where our solutions make a difference and develop strategies that drive sustainable customer progress, support revenue growth, and establish our SaaS product in the market for the long term.
  • You independently handle contract renewals and new agreements, always aligned with our SaaS subscription model and the relevant SLAs.
  • Together with product development, marketing, legal and customer success teams, you ensure the SaaS lifecycle is optimally managed — from onboarding to long-term customer retention.

Requirements

  • A completed degree, preferably in business administration (BWL) or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in Account Management or Key Account Management of complex software projects with international enterprise customers — ideally in areas such as planning, logistics, or other data- and process-intensive environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at C-level and build long-term, value-creating relationships.
  • A data-driven, strategic approach to analyzing SaaS usage metrics and industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to maintain close, trusted customer relationships and expand your professional network.
  • Fluent German and English skills (at least C1) both written and spoken.
