About the role
- Identify, and onboard strategic technology and business partners in line with INFORM’s go-to-market strategy.
- Strategically develop and sustainably grow existing technology and business partnerships.
- Jointly develop business plans and implement co-selling and go-to-market initiatives to accelerate deal cycles.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure shared partner success.
- Enable partners through trainings, tools, and marketing campaigns to successfully position INFORM solutions.
- Analyze and manage pipeline, revenue, and market impact, deriving growth and innovation potential.
Requirements
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or solution sales.
- A solid understanding of FinTech, banking, or payment technologies.
- Experience in developing compelling value propositions and driving customer adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Confident handling of CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
- Very good German and English skills (minimum C1); additional languages are a plus.
