About the role
- You will support international existing customers together with experienced Key Account Managers and learn how successful customer relationships are built and maintained in a SaaS environment.
- You will identify where our solutions create real added value and assist in developing strategies that drive sustainable progress for our customers.
- You will participate in contract renewals and new agreements and learn how to structure these in line with our SaaS subscription model.
- You will work closely with product development, marketing, legal and Customer Success teams to optimally support the entire SaaS lifecycle – from onboarding to long-term customer retention.
- You will be part of an international environment and have the opportunity to visit customers on site and expand your network in the aviation industry.
Requirements
- A completed degree – preferably in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Initial practical experience in sales, account management, project management or Customer Success – e.g., through internships, working student roles, or first professional experience.
- Enjoy working with customers, understanding complex contexts and communicating solutions clearly.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable way of working.
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1) spoken and written.
- Openness to international travel and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
