About the role
- You identify and qualify new contacts via social selling, email campaigns, and phone outreach, bringing our Data & AI solutions into new companies and markets
- You develop and execute clever outreach strategies to target and connect decision-makers such as CIOs, Data Leads, and Heads of Analytics
- Conduct initial needs assessments and present our service portfolio in Data & Cloud Services to make Data & AI tangible, relevant, and exciting for our target audiences
- You qualify leads and build a reliable sales pipeline — in close collaboration with the Account Executive team
- You work closely with marketing and sales, test new approaches to lead generation, and contribute your own ideas to make customer outreach even smarter
- You support trade shows, events, and community activities and convert contacts made there into concrete opportunities
- You maintain and document all sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring transparency throughout the sales process
Requirements
- You have initial experience in B2B sales or telephone-based customer acquisition
- You demonstrate strong phone communication skills and remain calm, professional, and motivated even during cold calling
- You are interested in data platforms, BI, analytics, and cloud technologies and are enthusiastic about innovation and the use of AI in a business context
- You enjoy social selling and are confident using LinkedIn and digital sales tools
- You think strategically, act pragmatically, and take ownership of your own pipeline and results
- You show creativity and initiative to discover new lead-generation methods and continuously improve our outreach
- You have a growth mindset — you want to learn, develop, and grow with us
- You work independently, in a structured and motivated way, and possess excellent German and solid English skills
