About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Researching current construction projects to a high level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.
- Interacting directly with customers through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on project information.
- Managing your own workload to ensure project information is current, accurate and delivered in a timely manner to meet department expectations.
- Achieving KPI measures around project volume and quality of data gathered.
- Liaising with other colleagues within the business
- Building relationships with contacts within the construction industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outbound calling role, this could be in Research, Debt Collection, Account Management, Sales
- GCSE pass in Maths and English – Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
- Effective Communicator
- Active listener
- An excellent telephone manner
- Experience working towards and achieving KPI’s.
- Resilience and great work ethic
- Dedication and commitment to producing consistently high-quality output.
- Team player, with a sound understanding of the role you can play in helping the wider team to succeed.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or similar.
- Experience of using CRM systems
