Business Development Representative
Infopro DigitalNational Sales Manager leads commercial development of MakeUp in portfolio across the Americas for Infopro Digital. Role requires strategic business development and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Americas region
- Drive revenue growth across booth sales, sponsorships and communication tools
- Identify and secure new exhibitors and strategic partners across the beauty ecosystem
- Develop relationships with major beauty groups, laboratories, packaging manufacturers and suppliers
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and negotiate high‑value participation packages
- Lead prospecting activities and develop new business opportunities across North and Latin America
- Represent MakeUp in at key industry events and within the global beauty innovation ecosystem
- Ensure rigorous management of the sales pipeline and forecasting processes
- Maintain and manage a structured CRM database including prospects, exhibitors and industry contacts
- Track sales performance, conversion rates and revenue progression
- Oversee the full exhibitor lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, onsite rebooking and post‑event follow‑up
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and event teams to ensure the successful commercial delivery of each show
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in international B2B sales or business development.
- Background in trade shows, beauty, packaging, ingredients or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and strategic account management.
- Strategic sales leadership
- High-level commercial negotiation
- International business development
- CRM and data-driven sales management
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent English required.
- Spanish and French is a strong plus.
