Sales Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and win new business opportunities across B2B and B2C markets
- Proactively prospect, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to closing
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and nurture key client relationships post-sale to maximise value
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support go-to-market activity
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- A **data-savvy** individual with strong experience in data sales and/or the automotive industry.
- **Minimum of 5 years** in a national retail account role, commercial channel development, or business development.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Experience managing and developing key accounts within the **automotive or DIY markets** is highly desirable.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly numerate, with the ability to work with data as a core sales product.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
