About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and contact potential B2B prospects that fit the ideal customer profile
- - Outbound Outreach - Conduct high‑volume cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects
- - Hold discovery-style conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and timelines and accurately record qualification notes and next steps in the CRM
- - Secure high‑quality consultations and demos for Regional Sales Representatives
- - Performance Tracking - Meet or exceed KPIs such as calls, meetings booked, qualified opportunities and pipeline management.
- - Ensure you and the business remain GPDR compliant at all times.
- - Continuous Learning - Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity. Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and skill‑building workshops.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - **12 months B2B telesales experience**
- - **Track record of hitting sales targets** - consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.
- - **Highly target‑driven and motivated**
- - **Curious and inquisitive mindset** - naturally asks questions, digs deeper, and seeks to understand customer needs
- - **Strong IT and systems capability** - confident using CRM tools to log calls, schedule appointments, generate quotes/orders and maintain accurate records
- - **Excellent communication and active listening skills**
- - **Coachability** - open to feedback and eager to succeed
- - **Resilience and persistence** - comfortable handling objections and bouncing back quickly
- - **Highly motivated and positive attitude** - brings enthusiasm to calls and team culture
