About the role
- Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administrative and commercial tasks
- Assist with lead generation activities, including researching prospects and preparing outreach lists
- Coordinate and schedule client calls, demos and internal meetings
- Prepare sales materials, proposals and basic presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM records, updating contact information, activity notes and pipeline data
- Respond to inbound enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Support account managers with follow‑ups, renewals and client communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects and deliverables run smoothly
- Help organise participation in industry events, conferences and client meetings
- Stay aware of market developments and competitor activity to support the wider sales function
Requirements
- Some experience in a sales support, inside sales, customer service or administrative role
- Comfortable working in a B2B environment; interest in financial technology is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
- Ability to learn and explain product information clearly
- Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (or willingness to learn)
- Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Willingness to support occasional travel or events when required
