About the role
- Deliver research projects including market sizing, brand positioning and market scoping.
- Conduct primary research (surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews) and secondary research (data gathering, company/product analysis, official statistics).
- Lead research projects end-to-end: client briefings, methodology design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Balance multiple projects concurrently, applying strong project management skills.
- Interpret quantitative and qualitative data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Produce high-quality reports with attention to detail and impactful delivery of findings.
Requirements
- Expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and secondary research techniques.
- Experience managing market research projects, including client management, time management, and report writing.
- Skilled in questionnaire design, sampling techniques, and data interpretation (Qualtrics experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, including market forecasting and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- First-class report writing and presentation skills.
- Passion for the built environment/construction sector (desirable but not essential).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
