About the role
- Responsible for a set of client accounts within a defined territory
- Onboarding new clients through to managing a 360-degree client service schedule
- Looking for growth opportunities across Barbour ABI’s portfolio of products
- Securing the renewal of services for the client
- Provide an unrivalled account management service to your allocated set of clients
- Understand clients and match their needs to the Barbour ABI product portfolio
- Achieve monthly revenue targets on account renewals
- Proactively seek growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts
- Achieve relevant KPI’s
- Effectively manage regular client contact levels
- Conduct regular meetings with clients on Teams
Requirements
- Experience in a similar Client Services / Account Management role
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong and long lasting relationships with clients
- Determined to exceed sales targets and objectives
- Good objection handler
- Self-motivated and determined
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
- Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines
