About the role

  • Responsible for a set of client accounts within a defined territory
  • Onboarding new clients through to managing a 360-degree client service schedule
  • Looking for growth opportunities across Barbour ABI’s portfolio of products
  • Securing the renewal of services for the client
  • Provide an unrivalled account management service to your allocated set of clients
  • Understand clients and match their needs to the Barbour ABI product portfolio
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets on account renewals
  • Proactively seek growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts
  • Achieve relevant KPI’s
  • Effectively manage regular client contact levels
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients on Teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar Client Services / Account Management role
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong and long lasting relationships with clients
  • Determined to exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Good objection handler
  • Self-motivated and determined
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines
