About the role

  • Define and drive the long-term roadmap for your product area, ensuring it is scalable and aligned with company-wide objectives.
  • Take full accountability for the product from initial discovery and research through to development, launch, and iterative optimization.
  • Conduct deep-dives into user workflows and data to identify friction points, translating them into high-impact product requirements.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on value and ROI. Ensure the engineering team has a consistent flow of well-defined, refined stories.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, technical documentation and user stories with rigorous acceptance criteria.
  • Drive all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Demos) to maintain team velocity and clarity.
  • Act as the final gatekeeper for excellence. Validate that all delivered features meet the "Definition of Done" and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Navigate and influence stakeholders at all levels, justifying product decisions with data, efficiency gains, and clear trade-off analysis.
  • Ensure smooth rollouts by leading change management efforts, providing documentation, and supporting user training.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Management within the tech/SaaS sector, with a proven track record of leading Agile delivery squads.
  • A self-starter who takes personal responsibility for the success, quality, and stability of their product.
  • You make decisions based on data, not just intuition. You are comfortable discussing technical architecture and integrations with engineers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the product’s user base and scale may evolve rapidly.
  • Native/Fluent Arabic (Essential for understanding local context and user needs).
  • Professional Fluency in English (The standard for our global documentation and strategy).
  • Strongly Preferred French. Ability to collaborate with Francophone partners and regional stakeholders is a significant advantage.
