About the role
- Conduct the full recruitment and selection process
- Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, provide feedback, conduct final interviews, and prepare reports
- Source and select qualified candidates
- Administer and evaluate skills and knowledge tests according to each role profile
- Keep interview workflows and candidate status for different positions up to date in the system
- Provide clear, objective feedback to candidates and hiring managers about the selection process
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for various roles and profiles
- Own setup for remote work (computer, reliable internet connection, phone)
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and tools
- Ability to work autonomously and organize your workflow
- Good communication, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
