About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design static visual assets across digital and print formats for diverse use cases and channels
  • Create social media content tailored to platform-specific formats and audience expectations across EMEA markets
  • Develop 2D animations to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
  • Produce event materials including booth graphics, banners, brochures, name tags, merchandise, and signage
  • Design presentations, ebooks, and other long-form content formats that communicate clearly and look polished
  • Apply and adhere to brand guidelines consistently across all output
  • Adapt and extend existing design templates efficiently without compromising quality
  • Test design formats and evaluate their impact - contributing insights to improve creative performance
  • Present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sharp eye for detail at every stage

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in a design role (agency or in-house) is a plus
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma
  • Experience designing across a broad range of formats: digital, social, print, event, and editorial
  • Solid understanding of social media formats and best practices across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, etc.)
  • Experience with print production requirements (bleeds, resolution, file prep for vendors)
  • Experience with 2D motion graphics and animation
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and apply brand guidelines
  • Comfortable working from templates while bringing creativity and precision to each execution
  • Familiarity with A/B testing or format performance evaluation is a plus
  • Strong communication skills: able to present work and take feedback constructively
  • EMEA market awareness; multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
