About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key telecom accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing discussions and contract renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for telecom partners, managing communications, escalations, and service updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical support, and other teams to coordinate service delivery and meet expectations.
  • Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews, demonstrating value delivered and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Analyze usage and performance data to propose optimization strategies and support business development initiatives.
  • Manage billing inquiries and disputes, coordinating internally to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Facilitate onboarding and rollout of new services, ensuring smooth commercial and operational handover.
  • Monitor industry trends and market pricing in collaboration with Business Analysts to stay competitive and informed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a clear commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.
