Mid Market Customer Growth Executive
InfobipMid-Market Customer Growth Executive driving client satisfaction and business growth at Infobip. Responsible for managing relationships with mid-market clients and ensuring operational excellence while contributing to Infobip’s growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, business reviews, strategic discussions, and competitive positioning
- Act as the focal point for clients by managing business and technical expectations, coordinating internal teams, and sharing feedback with Product teams
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to gross profit, cross-sell opportunities, and account expansion within existing customers
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure alignment for current and future SaaS business
- Ensure proper account setup by working with technical teams on account creation, route management, and content filtration
- Monitor and minimize account health risks in collaboration with Revenue Assurance, including financial collections and netting
- Analyze and forecast client traffic to drive growth, minimize losses, and maximize revenue.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in B2B mid-market or SME roles such as account management, customer success, client relations, professional services, consultancy, or business development
- Exposure to CPaaS, SaaS, or similar technology-driven platforms is advantageous
- Educational background in computer science, engineering, or another IT-related field is a plus
- Outstanding professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
