About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities using a variety of prospecting techniques
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and map them to Infobip’s product portfolio
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and deal closure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
- Address client objections and concerns with structured problem solving and critical thinking
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and up-to-date opportunity data in the CRM system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales role, ideally within SaaS or telecommunications
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business drivers and value-based selling
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with demonstrated experience in contract negotiations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in complex sales environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive alignment toward shared goals
- Good understanding of industry dynamics relevant to Infobip’s solutions
- Confident objection-handling skills and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Solid product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and position technical solutions
- Proficiency in sales prospecting techniques, tools, and CRM systems
- Experience with solution-selling methodologies
- Nice-to-have qualifications: Experience selling complex, multi-product platforms or enterprise solutions; Background in managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
