About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities across target markets
- Conduct market research on industries, potential customers, and competitor activity
- Assist in maintaining CRM records and keeping the sales pipeline up to date
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business reports
- Support customer outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering
- Assist in organizing webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the team
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the business development function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
- Genuine interest in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, cloud communications, or digital transformation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — in writing and in person
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
