About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities across target markets
  • Conduct market research on industries, potential customers, and competitor activity
  • Assist in maintaining CRM records and keeping the sales pipeline up to date
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business reports
  • Support customer outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering
  • Assist in organizing webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the team
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the business development function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, cloud communications, or digital transformation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — in writing and in person
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
