Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in senior support roles or people leadership positions
  • Strong technical foundation, including SQL, programming logic, and computer networks
  • Broad understanding of IT systems, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Data-driven mindset with clear ownership of KPIs and customer journey metrics
  • Proven ability to lead by example and drive a results-oriented, forward-thinking team
  • Experience building high-performance teams through coaching, feedback, and talent development
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
