About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product marketing activities for RCS within the CPaaS portfolio, deeply understanding the ecosystem of carriers, partners, and technology providers
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pipeline-building initiatives
  • Translate technical product features, including AI-related capabilities, into clear customer value and strategic reasons to buy
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Revenue teams, and broader Infobip marketing teams
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to develop customer stories, support sales meetings, and gather market insights
  • Act as an external-facing representative of the product through customer interactions, partner collaboration, events, and public speaking opportunities
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and best-practice guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of proven experience in product, solutions, or portfolio marketing, ideally within an enterprise IT or software solutions environment
  • Strong interest in the future of customer experience and engagement technologies, including curiosity and openness toward AI-driven solutions
  • Experience in B2B marketing and sales enablement, with a hands-on, execution-focused approach to GTM and pipeline building
  • Ability to understand customer needs deeply and turn them into compelling messaging that addresses real pain points
  • Comfortable influencing decision-making across different seniority levels and working with large, complex stakeholder groups
  • Data-driven mindset, using insights and metrics to inform plans and decisions
  • Adaptable, proactive, and positive in changing priorities and environments
