About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Product Success and Product Solutions teams in daily activities related to product adoption, customer use cases, and solution implementation
- Join customer-facing calls during the sales cycle and support technical onboarding of new clients
- Contribute to implementation guides and gain firsthand understanding of delivery value
- Analyze pipeline data and prepare regional alignment materials
- Track product performance metrics and support go-to-market execution
- Research customer needs and contribute to roadmap discussions
- Coordinate with engineering and design, and monitor product metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collect and structure feedback from sales teams, regions, and customers
- Prepare internal materials such as product documentation, enablement guides, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services to understand product positioning
- Learn Infobip products end to end and explore different technical and business-oriented roles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Student in a technical, business, or related field (technical university is a plus, not a must)
- Comfortable with technology and curious about how tech products work
- Strong interest in products, customers, and business impact
- Strong analytical thinking - comfortable working with data
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences (and vice versa)
- Proactive, eager to learn, and open to exploring different career paths during the internship
- Interest in cloud communications, email technology, or CPaaS products is a plus
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months)
