About the role
- Build and maintain trusted relationship with assigned (Tier1) clients to achieve overall customer health and growth.
- Serve as a focal point for client when it comes to meeting client’s business and technical expectations.
- Coordinate different teams to best serve customer demands and expectations.
- Ensure client's account is properly set-up and maintained.
- Monitor and take actions to minimize health risks in client relationships.
Requirements
- Understanding of Infobip products, platform, and relevant markets.
- Excellent knowledge of client’s business and ways they (can) use Infobip.
- Up to date with industry trends and competition.
- Ability to analyze and forecast client’s traffic and respond to ensure ongoing business growth.
- Strong analytical skills, experience with Qlik and Salesforce is an advantage.
