About the role
- Develops short- and long-term strategy and goals for the squad
- Focuses on the achievement of financial KPIs and removes roadblocks
- Coordinates daily activities and ensures work cadence in Agile
- Acts as a coach, motivator, and navigator for sales
- Manages squad’s performance and delivers feedback
- Serves as the main point of contact with supporting teams
Requirements
- Experience in managing sales teams
- Demonstrated track record of achieving financial KPIs
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills
