About the role
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 2 clients
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
- Understand clients’ organizational structures and processes
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs
- Ensure proper client account setup
- Monitor and take proactive measures to minimize risks
- Analyze and forecast client traffic
- Provide constructive feedback on internal tools
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience managing clients and fostering long-term relationships
- Strong understanding of client business processes
- Excellent coordination skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Proactive and solutions-oriented
- Familiarity with relevant internal tools
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
- Fluency in Spanish is considered an advantage
