About the role
- Manage day-to-day relationships with local banks and other financial institutions to support operational and treasury activities
- Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional finance teams, including Finance Shared Services Centar, Invoicing, Collections, and Treasury
- Oversee tax compliance by reviewing and ensuring timely filing and payment of all tax obligations
- Collaborate with Finance Shared Services Centar and the Treasury team to coordinate accurate and timely tax payments
- Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis on budgets vs actuals, as well as reconciliation of key financial accounts and reports
- Support payroll processes, including validation, reconciliation, and coordination with relevant teams
- Assist in mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to Senior Financial Analysts and Finance Assistants.
- Perform other finance-related tasks and special assignments as delegated by the Team Lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or Economics
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Familiarity with general ledger accounts and accounting procedures
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and analyze discrepancies and variances
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate findings and collaborate with other departments
- Must be fluent in English.
