About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise, guide and provide insights to IT Leaders in the Education sector
Assist executives in delivering improved results by optimizing decision making
Service a portfolio of 20-25 clients within our Education sector
Participate in unstructured value-based client conversations
Provide confidential and professional advising to members in-person and digitally
Evaluate members’ needs and develop objectives and work plans
Provide proactive thought leadership and new ideas
Participate in regular communication and support with Sales Leadership and Account Directors
Leverage ITRG and 3rd party assets
Diagnose member value expectations pain points and connect them with solutions
Provide statistical and summary reports reflecting KPI’s and operational goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Possess a minimum of 15 years professional Education or consulting experience
Demonstrated experience working within the Education sector (K-12, higher education, or education-adjacent organizations)
IT operational leadership experience; preferably CIO leadership experience
Solid people relationship management skills
Operational and systems development skills
Experience in proposal writing, financial budgeting, management and reporting
In depth understanding of various industry executive management roles
Ability to coordinate complex service delivery models
Exceptional customer service focus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-starter
Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is good to have
