Requirements
- Solid experience designing AI agent architectures with memory, tool use, and feedback loops (LangChain, CrewAI, or custom orchestration), using Anthropic or Open AI sources.
- Expertise in full-stack development (Node.js, Next.js) and scalable systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Ability to reason about API orchestration, error handling, integration complexity.
- Experience integrating APIs, working with microservices, REST/GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, embeddings, LLMs).
- Strong grasp of API architecture, performance tuning, and database optimization (SQL).
- Technical leadership: from design to deployment.
- Deep code quality standards: automation, testing, reviews, and focus on end-to-end ownership.
- Effective communicator across product, design, and business.
- Familiarity with cloud infra (AWS/GCP) and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
