About the role
- Meet your monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Adapt and improve our internal acquisition/prospecting process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by becoming a trusted advisor for them.
- Bring a solutions-first mentality by being an individual contributor that takes ownership of your time, effort and results.
- Collaborate closely with our supporting teams (data, creative, talent, media) to take full advantage of our internal capabilities and translate them into value for the customer.
- Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes.
- Expand our presence as trusted partners and collaborators of the biggest agencies in the region.
- Developing our internal product and solutions to fit agencies’ and final customer’s needs based on your knowledge of the industry and ongoing conversations with them.
- Traveling nationally and internationally may be required from time to time.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish. Being able to conduct business meetings in English is a must.
- 3+ years of sales experience preferably within the Media-Marketing industry. Experience within Influencer Marketing is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process and operation within the Media Industry.
- Experience in managing a book of business worth over US$1M in yearly revenue.
- Passion for startups and a desire to make a significant impact on the company's growth.
