About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focus on Inbound Marketing (Primary)
  • Rapid qualification: Quickly contact leads generated by marketing.
  • Diagnosis: Identify the lead's pain points, needs, and purchase stage using qualification methodologies.
  • Meeting scheduling: Stimulate the lead's interest and book qualified meetings for the Closers team.
  • Support for Outbound Sales (as needed)
  • Market mapping: Identify and research companies and decision-makers that match the ideal customer profile.
  • Active prospecting: Conduct cold outreach to open new doors and business opportunities.
  • CRM updates: Keep interaction histories and lead data rigorously up to date in the system.
  • Metrics analysis: Monitor your conversion rates to propose improvements to the funnel.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as an SDR or in customer service, support, or sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (ability to build quick rapport and convey authority).
  • Resilience and a strong ability to listen to objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in or aptitude to learn CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive).
