About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Podcast Management: Coordinate recording schedules, plan guest logistics, and ensure scripts are organized.
Editorial calendar: Manage deadlines and the structure of episode briefs with the creative/writing team.
Technical coordination: Ensure the infrastructure and materials required for recordings are ready.
Event management: Plan and execute event logistics (in-person or online), from venue setup to the event day schedule.
Vendor relations: Request quotes, negotiate, and manage contracts with service providers (catering, sound, venues, promotional items).
Swag/Kits logistics: Conceptualize, budget, produce, and coordinate the distribution of promotional kits and corporate gifts for clients, partners, or team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in event production, audiovisual production, or communications project management.
Impeccable organization and the ability to manage multiple schedules and deliverables simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with vendors and coordinating scripts.
Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar).
