About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage a team of 10+ Client Services team members, ensuring consistently high standards of delivery, strong client satisfaction, and long-term client retention.
  • Take strategic ownership of team structure, resource planning, and operational efficiency to ensure the business is effectively set up to support growth across both existing and new clients.
  • Make informed organisational and personnel decisions to ensure the team has the right skills, expertise, and seniority to deliver an expanding range of services adjacent to influencer marketing.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of the Client Services team, identifying capability gaps and implementing training and development plans to continuously strengthen the department.
  • Own and nurture key client relationships, acting as a senior strategic partner to clients and ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across all workstreams.
  • Support the Commercial team on pitches and growth opportunities, providing operational, strategic, costing, timeline, and feasibility input on proposed campaign approaches and creative ideas.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Europe — including Measurement, Paid Media, Creative Strategy, Product, and Operations — to deliver integrated client solutions and improve ways of working across the business.
  • Be highly immersed in Influencer’s product and operational ecosystem, proactively contributing ideas and feedback to improve internal systems, workflows, reporting capabilities, and overall business efficiency.
  • Lead resource forecasting, budget management, and cost tracking across accounts and teams, ensuring strong financial oversight and efficient delivery against scope and profitability targets.
  • Maintain oversight of campaign delivery standards, supporting escalation management where required across timelines, budgets, scope, or client concerns.
  • Operate as a calm, highly organised, and effective leader who can confidently manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and solutions-oriented team culture through strong communication, approachability, and leadership by example.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years experience within Client Services, influencer marketing, social, media, creative, or integrated agency environments.
  • Significant experience leading and developing high-performing client-facing teams.
  • Strong operational and organisational leadership experience, including resource planning, forecasting, team structuring, and delivery management.
  • Proven experience managing senior client relationships and driving long-term client growth and retention.
  • Strong commercial understanding, with experience supporting pitches, scoping projects, evaluating feasibility, and managing budgets.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with strategy, paid media, measurement, product, and creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong financial and operational management capabilities.
  • Collaborative, personable, and proactive leadership style.
  • Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Experience within influencer marketing is strongly preferred.
