About the role
- Take on lead architecture roles within projects and IT implementations and transformation initiatives, or act as a senior expert towards our clients
- Provide strategic advice and expertise in areas such as cloud architecture, information architecture, and IT system architecture and design
- Take on assignments focused on optimization, standardization and modernization of the IT landscape
- Drive architectural roadmaps in IT transformations through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest developments in IT to continuously enhance our service delivery
- Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional growth
- Contribute to the expansion and development of our company by supporting business development, recruitment, and the enhancement of our Architecture and Strategy offerings.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of proven experience in the architecture and technology field
- Experience in roles such as tech lead, enterprise architect, domain architect, IT system architect or solution architect
- Flexibility to take on different roles (enterprise or domain architect, information architect, IT architect, IT expert or strategist) to support customers and ensure business value from technology investments
- A proven track record in business development and the development of consulting offerings
- Qualifications and certifications in relevant architecture and IT strategy areas such as Azure, AWS, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF, Cordial, Dataföreningen or similar
- Business-Oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
- A solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to architecture, with the ability to connect business and technology to deliver real value.
