About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the successful execution of the Data Center project portfolio.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations.
Establish delivery governance, reporting cadence, and executive reviews.
Drive consistency across project execution, forecasting, risk management, and customer communications.
Lead recovery plans for projects requiring executive intervention.
Manage a portfolio of complex mission-critical projects.
Balance priorities across multiple customers, sites, and project teams.
Develop portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Foster accountability and continuous improvement across the delivery organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years leading large industrial, mission-critical, or infrastructure projects.
Hyperscale or colocation data center experience.
Industrial automation or controls systems experience.
Proven experience managing complex project portfolios exceeding $25M.
Demonstrated success leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong program management and portfolio management experience.
Experience managing customer relationships at the executive level.
Experience coordinating with EPC firms, construction managers, and commissioning teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
