About the role

  • Primary goal: book qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Execute deeply personalized and relevant outbound campaigns (less spray-and-pray, more personalization).
  • Re-engage closed-lost accounts using learnings (example: Fathom recording-based campaigns).
  • Define and iterate on outbound playbooks and GTM processes; potentially act as part-time GTM Engineer.
  • Use and evaluate modern sales/marketing tools (Apollo, Sumble, Clay, Vector, Inflection.io, Salesforce).
  • Report to co-founder (Dave Rigotti) and share learnings with CEO; collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • You are an extremely curious person; comfortable executing proven playbooks and defining new playbooks.
  • Willing to put in the effort to understand product, prospects' challenges, and how Inflection.io can help.
  • Excited about working with new tools such as Apollo, Sumble, Clay, Vector, and others.
  • Comfortable reporting to a founder and working with high expectations (reports to co-founder Dave Rigotti, regular syncs with CEO).
  • Great communicator for both internal and external communication.
  • Current successful BDR at a technology company (this role is not for first job).
