About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full customer lifecycle for digital infrastructure deals
- Coordinate and participate in customer meetings

- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met

Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional organizational skills
- Effective email communication
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Experience in project management or customer support
- Experience working in industry or industry-adjacent areas
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with Salesforce for documentation
- Strong stakeholder management practices
