• Shape enterprise solutions that scale across cloud and on-premise integrations, ensuring they meet the high-growth needs of our clients.
• Assess supplier offerings for reliability, scalability, and compliance, ensuring they meet Inflect’s "marketplace-ready" standards.
• Locate, validate, and forecast available space, power, and land across our partner ecosystem to give Sales actionable foresight.
• Ensure accurate supplier technical data is integrated into the platform to drive AI-driven recommendations and trust.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate data ingestion and ensure hosting solutions are properly represented on the platform.
• Partner with Sales and Supplier Managers to deliver executive-ready presentations and technical collateral that close high-value deals.
• Refine solution frameworks to ensure they are repeatable, scalable, and consistently high-quality.

Hosting Solutions Architect – AI & Infrastructure

Account Executive

• Manage recruitment, readiness, and SLA compliance to ensure partners are fully prepared to transact.
• Monitor and improve inventory freshness and data accuracy to maintain marketplace trust.
• Drive partner tiering and prioritization through QBRs and performance improvement paths.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product teams to translate partner capabilities into actionable marketplace offerings.
• Conduct partner briefings and intelligence-sharing sessions to align technical capabilities with customer needs.
• Coordinate with Marketing for partner visibility, case studies, and strategic MDF program execution.
• Produce high-value outputs regarding capacity/power availability and adjacency intelligence for the Sales team.
• Own the KPIs for partner performance, tracking everything from onboarding cycle time to opportunity routing scores.
• Support platform integration programs to scale marketplace adoption and drive AI-enabled insights.

Account Director – AI & Infrastructure Providers

• Design end-to-end network architectures incorporating sub-sea, dark fiber, IP transit, and WAN/LAN for high-growth digital infrastructure organizations.
• Act as the lead technical advisor on complex deals, delivering tailored, high-confidence network solutions that accelerate closure.
• Ensure technical validation and consistency across all network deployments and advisory engagements.
• Deeply understand and validate supplier offerings, assessing performance, scalability, and technical differentiators.
• Influence marketplace data integrity by ensuring network supplier capabilities are accurately represented and transactable.
• Provide actionable intelligence on network availability and adjacency to improve AI-driven opportunity routing.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate network solutions into the platform, including data ingestion and validation.
• Drive the "time-to-ready" for new network suppliers, ensuring they are technically validated for immediate deployment.
• Interface with Marketing and Supplier Managers to highlight high-value connectivity offerings within the ecosystem.

Network Solutions Architect – AI & Infrastructure

People Operations

• Full-Lifecycle Administration: Create high-impact job descriptions, post to strategic boards, and manage the flow of candidates through our ATS.
• Candidate Experience: Review resumes, evaluate video interviews, and conduct initial phone screens to ensure only the highest quality talent moves forward.
• Logistics & Flow: Scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Interviewer Training: Over time, you will help develop and lead training programs to teach our hiring managers how to interview effectively, remove bias, and represent the Inflect brand.
• Onboarding Excellence: Uplevel the "Day 1" experience for new hires, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and cultural context they need to hit the ground running.
• Culture Guarding: Help implement initiatives that keep our remote-first team connected and high-performing.
• Miscellaneous HR Support: Partner with the VP of People Ops on various HR tasks, compliance, and employee experience projects as we scale.
