DevOps Engineer

• Architect, deliver, and maintain critical cloud platform components
• Provide technical guidance and infrastructure delivery for Inflect's AWS EKS environment
• Deliver and maintain Terraform modules on AWS EKS, managed RDS instances, ingress controllers, and cost optimization architectures
• Establish SLO/SLI tracking frameworks and automate error budget monitoring
• Participate in post-incident technical reviews and build automated tooling to reduce operational friction
• Architect and maintain the OpenTelemetry capture pipeline feeding downstream Data Foundation and Trust & Intelligence pods
• Provide specialized code reviews, pull-request assessments, and technical architecture recommendations
• Develop reusable platform patterns and automated CI/CD tooling to streamline developer deployment workflows
• Define the operating model and maintain a global runbook including SOPs, regional coordination, and issue remediation/management
