About the role
- Full-Lifecycle Administration: Create high-impact job descriptions, post to strategic boards, and manage the flow of candidates through our ATS.
- Candidate Experience: Review resumes, evaluate video interviews, and conduct initial phone screens to ensure only the highest quality talent moves forward.
- Logistics & Flow: Scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Interviewer Training: Over time, you will help develop and lead training programs to teach our hiring managers how to interview effectively, remove bias, and represent the Inflect brand.
- Onboarding Excellence: Uplevel the "Day 1" experience for new hires, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and cultural context they need to hit the ground running.
- Culture Guarding: Help implement initiatives that keep our remote-first team connected and high-performing.
- Miscellaneous HR Support: Partner with the VP of People Ops on various HR tasks, compliance, and employee experience projects as we scale.
