About the role
- Manage the full customer lifecycle to ensure seamless coordination of digital infrastructure deals
- Execute and manage customer engagements
- Coordinate and participate in customer meetings and follow-ups
- Provide regular updates on open leads and deals
- Proactively address engagement risks and maintain documentation in Salesforce
- Keep track of quote requests and inform Solution Advisors
