About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- own and define Infisical’s brand and marketing design
- translate abstract ideas into narrative-rich visuals
- propose creative directions and bring consistency into everything we put into the world
- collaborate closely with a co-founder and teams across Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience
- deliver work across a wide range of brand and marketing surfaces (e.g., landing pages, conference booths, presentations, merch, blog designs)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a design role, ideally as a brand, visual, or communication designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creativity, and concept-driven work
- Strong creative and aesthetic judgment — the ability to produce bold, original, and cohesive visual designs.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can generate creative directions with limited input and run with them without heavy hand-holding.
- A bias toward action — able to iterate quickly, and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Based in the Americas (or willing to work in the US timezone).
