About the role
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, product, GTM, etc.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and process improvements.
- Experiment with creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting (including technical recruiting).
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities.
- Experience with ATS platforms (we use Ashby), sourcing tools, and employer branding strategies.
- Ability to develop hiring strategies and execute on them independently.
- Start up experience or experience working in fast paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Based in US or Canada.
