About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Industry Events to plan and execute high-impact trade shows
  • Manage event operations and logistics across multiple events, including timelines, vendors, materials, booth requirements, and show services
  • Own relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses within approved budgets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Field teams on event objectives, staffing, promotion, and in-booth experiences
  • Support pre-show, on-site, and post-show engagement activities
  • Maintain event plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Support lead capture, data management, post-event follow-up, and reporting
  • Support on-site event execution and represent the brand professionally during events
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and event effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in trade show or event marketing, supporting multi-event programs
  • B2B or technology event experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Experience coordinating event logistics, vendors, and budgets
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or event management software is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to align and influence cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with ability to anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Willingness to travel to support trade shows as needed
