Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a development squad to design, build, and deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Provide technical guidance, enforce best practices, mentor junior developers, and contribute to development, bug fixes, and continuous improvement within an Agile environment.
  • Ensure that products developed are of high quality and completed on time.
  • Serve as the guardian for your squad’s code, processes, and best practices.
  • Independently, and with your squad, design and develop feature enhancements and resolve bugs.
  • Participate in the Agile process.
  • Constantly improve methods of product development to increase productivity and quality.
  • Stay up to date on new technologies and development practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, commercial software
  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, or related) or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled with and have significant experience with:
  • Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices
  • Creating and consuming HTTP/REST APIs or similar
  • C# .NET development (5+ years)
  • ASP.NET
  • HTML5, CSS, TypeScript or similar
  • Relational databases and SQL
  • .NET Core/.NET v5+ and Entity Framework
  • Creating and consuming OData v3/4 APIs
  • Azure DevOps, Git version control, and NPM package management
