About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as primary contact for client and carrier inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs
  • Deliver system training (FAP Portal) to drive adoption and reduce repeat inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly customer recaps and follow up on shipping data insights
  • Support Customer Success by resolving issues escalated through shared channels
  • Build strong client relationships to improve satisfaction and retention
  • Process carrier payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with funding schedules
  • Monitor client bank accounts and coordinate with Finance to ensure payment readiness
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date training and reference materials
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Audit to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross‑training efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
  • 1–3 years of professional experience; transportation or carrier experience a plus
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
