About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary contact for client and carrier inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs
- Deliver system training (FAP Portal) to drive adoption and reduce repeat inquiries
- Prepare and distribute quarterly customer recaps and follow up on shipping data insights
- Support Customer Success by resolving issues escalated through shared channels
- Build strong client relationships to improve satisfaction and retention
- Process carrier payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with funding schedules
- Monitor client bank accounts and coordinate with Finance to ensure payment readiness
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date training and reference materials
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Audit to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross‑training efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
- 1–3 years of professional experience; transportation or carrier experience a plus
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
